Casual-dining concept Opal by Gordon Ramsay has opened at The St. Regis Doha.


Headed by Michelin-starred Chef Gilles Bosquet, Opal offers culinary delights inspired by Gordon Ramsay, one of the world’s most famous chefs.

The stylish outlet with its circular conservatory serves western classics in a relaxed bistro-style environment.

At the launch party, guests sampled a selection of canapés from Opal’s menu including freshly-sliced fish ceviche, crispy chicken wings lollipops, pizzas and juicy mini burgers.

Chef Gilles Bosquet and his team, and Diego Gronda, managing and creative director of Rockwell Group Europe, who designed the Gordon Ramsay space were also in attendance.


Opal by Gordon Ramsay is open from Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.


The recently-opened St. Regis Doha will offer 10 distinctive culinary and lounge experiences including the first Jazz at Lincoln Center outside of the United States.
