The hotel’s executive chef, Salvatore Silvestrino, has drawn on regional culinary influences to create a menu that showcases a fusion of flavours and classic dishes for a traditional Iftar experience.
The extensive buffet menu will feature a medley of mezze appetisers, succulent ouzi, aromatic chicken mouloukia and signature sweet treats to round off the meal.
“Providing a value-added experience, with five-star standards, is at the very heart of what we do, and Ramadan reminds us all of the importance of taking time out from our busy lives to spend quality time with loved ones, friends and colleagues,” said Nugent.
Situated in the heart of Dubai’s oldest and most authentic neighbourhood, the hotel is conveniently located a few minutes by air-conditioned taxi from some of the city’s most popular shopping malls, where the Dubai Summer Surprises sales and entertainment programmes will be in full swing.
Iftar is available from sunset to 9pm at AED 95 per person including a selection of fresh juices.
