The Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Hotel in Dubai, which is set to re-open this October after an extensive refurbishment, will offer four new F&B outlets.

The hotel, whose renovations began in February 2012, is set to launch Le Meridien brand concepts as part of its new offering. The two confirmed include Latitude Bar – a lobby bar offering snacks and drinks — and an all day-diner called Latest Recipe.

Unconfirmed reports suggest there is a new Japanese restaurant set to come on line while the old bar area, known as Opera, is still open for tender.

“Barasti will remain the hotel’s only outdoor dedicated bar,” said Philip Hardie, Barasti beverage manager.

Barasti is set to introduce new concepts including a beach barbecue station and a breakfast menu.

“The barbecue station as a concept isn’t new, but the execution is going to be a lot more fresh, exciting and appealing," said Hardie.

“The English breakfast menu, which will be served between 9am and 12pm, will be launched in October. We’ll also look to serve some lighter options and vegetarian options too," added Barasti chef de cuisine Atul Kundra.
