Specially prepared with local palates in mind, Hakkasan’s Head Chef Lee Kok Hua prepares a menu offering diners a choice between a selection of two succulent small eats, fried soft shell crab with chicken crumble and steamed Dover sole and eggplant dumpling.

For the main course, the Ramadan menu offers scrumptious crispy shredded veal in hot and sour sauce, charcoal grilled King prawn with Assam sauce, and wild mushrooms stir fry with macadamia nuts.

Desert comprises of a white chocolate mousse cake and coconut with blood orange sorbet to end the Ramadan meal experience.
