Mahfood Ali Saleem Al Harthy, Etihad Airways? general manager, Oman, and the Oman-based team open the new kiosk in Muscat
Etihad Airways has opened a new kiosk in Muscat for Ramadan to meet growing customer needs in the city.
The new point of sale will allow customers to book flights and purchase tickets with special fares for Pearl Business and Coral Economy classes.
The special fares will be available to purchase until August 15 and valid on travel until October 17, with added terms and conditions for the peak Eid period.
Mahfood Ali Saleem Al Harthy, Etihad Airways’ general manager, Oman, said: “This is an innovative one-stop-shop service from Etihad Airways that will support our rapidly growing customer base in Oman. The stylish, modern and fully equipped facility provides our guests with the full range of services from booking flights to finding out more about our expanding services around the world.”
Al Harthy added: “Etihad Airways is constantly looking to make travelling a truly pleasurable experience. The Muscat City Centre kiosk is just one of many new innovative facilities and initiatives that we are developing.”
The kiosk is located in the Leisure Court area of the city and open 10am – 4pm and 8pm – midnight during Ramadan, with Friday opening being 8pm – midnight.
