“It certainly is the only hotel and resort in the Sultanate of Oman with this large number of dining outlets. Our in-house guests and local patrons are spoilt for choice,” he continued.
“We have speciality restaurants, beach and pool restaurants, bars and lounges. Guests can choose to go to fine dining or a casual, relaxed environment and dine indoors or outdoors. The choices of cuisine include Arabic, Lebanese, Moroccan, Italian, Mediterranean, South American, Asian and international.”
Legendary Lebanese singer Fairouz inspired the name of the restaurant. Very much like the singer, the restaurant is elegant and understated, making it perfect for intimate dining and entertainment, the company said in a statement.
Guests can look forward to authentic Lebanese cuisine that includes a wide variety of hot and cold meze, grills and pastries. The wine list spans from Australia and Europe to the Bekaa valley in Lebanon. Also in the beverage menu are uniquely Lebanese beverages such as Ksarak, El Massaya, Kefraya and Brun.
Asia restaurant embraces east and south-west Asian cuisine. Prepared in four glass-enclosed show kitchens is distinctive cuisine from China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.
