US pizza giant Papa Murphy’s International has announced the signing of a master franchise agreement with MAM Foodco LLC for the opening of 100 branches throughout the GCC.
The first branch is set to open in Dubai before the end of 2012. Papa Murphy’s is said to be the fifth largest pizza chain in the US and this will be its first venture outside of North America.

The relationship has been building now for well over a year, we've established a solid trust with the team, and I'm confident this brand has the potential to do very well in the Middle East."
Papa Murphy’s currently operates 1287 in the US and 15 in Canada.
