The St Regis Saadiyat Island resort has announced the launch of its beachfront dining venue Turquoiz, set to open this October.

With a name inspired by the colour of the ocean surrounding Saadiyat, the 299 capacity venue will offer signature cocktails and lounge music as well as fresh seafood cooked up by Chef Ishtiaq Mirza.

Turquoiz will operate from 12pm-2.30am. Its indoor restaurant can hold up to 152 people while the outdoor sunset terrace situated on white sand holds up to 92 people. The indoor lounge has a capacity of 24 while the outdoor lounge has a capacity of 31.

Resident DJ Masako will be on hand to offer serene lounge music, gradually upping the tempo as the evening progresses.
