Coral Beach Resort Sharjah’s Casa Samak’s outdoor dining deck area has undergone a revamp for its new BBQ buffet.
Chefs are currently also hard at work preparing the new menu for the buffet which will be available by the end of October when the area is set to open.
“It’s a busy time for us as we are in the process of giving the outdoor deck at Casa Samak restaurant a new look in preparation for the introduction of an enticing BBQ buffet. We are tiling the terrace and converting a decoration boat into a built-in kitchen, with buffet stations lining the pathway to the boat,” says Jean Pierre Simon, Regional General Manager, Coral Hotels & Resorts.

The Casa Samak, a favourite among seafood aficionados, is open seven days of the week for lunch and dinner.
The décor is simple yet striking, with soft music playing in the background. Cuisine is presented against a backdrop of scenic beauty behind tall palm trees on a sandy beach.
The new look will be a “creative addition to the seafaring ambience of the quirky yet romantic nautical setting,” adds Simon.
