Al Waha, a new Arabic restaurant, has opened at the Taj Palace Dubai.
The restaurant will offer a variety of dishes including meat, fish and vegetables which will all be cooked on the live charcoal grill.
There will also be themed nights featuring seafood and oriental dishes.

The ‘Little Chef’s Friday Brunch' which is priced at AED139pp (US $38) invites children to create their own gourmet delights under the watchful eyes of the chefs at the Al Waha Restaurant. Children also get to enjoy a fun-filled kid’s corner with with face painting, play station and xbox games, bouncing castle and a clown.
Seafood Night which is priced at AED130pp (US $35) including soft beverages invites customers to enjoy a variety of seafood at Al Waha.
Alternatively, customers can order live hammour, crabs, lobsters or any other fish of their choice from the live fish tank and can request the chef to cook it as preferred. Seafood Night takes place every Tuesday.
Oriental Night which is priced at AED119pp (US $32) including soft beverages takes place every Wednesday and includes a buffet with a selection of dishes from Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Morocco.
