Zuma Dubai has taken a step towards wellness launching its beauty cleanser drinks for summer.
Head barman Jimmy Barrat and his team have worked on a menu of new beverages that are packed full of fresh fruits and anti-oxidants plus a selection of other nutritious ingredients designed to promote maximum health and vitality, whilst remaining low in sugar and calories.
All elements are chosen for their taste and beneficial cleansing, healing and energy-giving properties. The secret also lies in their careful preparation; drinks are expertly fused and gently served over crushed ice rather than blended by the Zuma bar team, which helps the ingredients retain maximum potency whilst enjoyed.

Some of the beverages featuring on the menu include Namakemono: a mixture of fresh raspberries, cucumber and organic fresh green apple juice will cool and calm the system, whilst offering a vitamin B boost and rehydrating the system to allow for the speedy removal of toxins.
Sundzumari: Lemongrass and ginger infused over organic green apple juice, sweetened with agave syrup to help build and support the immune system and kick start the digestion.
Buotoko: A zesty blend of pink grapefruit, fresh passion fruit and a touch of almond syrup served over fresh cranberry juice for a power dose of Vitamin C that restores collagen and protects the body.
