Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea has appointed Mohammad Khaled to the position of front office manager.
Khaled previously spent seven years at the IHG-sister hotel InterContinental Aqaba Resort and comes with over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry in both the KSA and Jordan.
Throughout his career, Khaled has taken charge of various front office tasks and responsibilities, such as creating and preparing different reports, ensuring guest data is processed efficiently, tracking guest satisfaction, responding to guests’ concerns and inquiries, plus the coaching and training of hotel staff members.
