The winners of this year’s Caterer Awards have now been finalised following an intense six-hour judging event at Dubai's Media One Hotel.
However, the lucky recipients will remain secret until the grand announcement at a dinner-ceremony at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC in Dubai on Wedensday 12 June.
The 15 categories were deliberated over and winners for each category during the judging process.
“There was a lot of discussion and debate,” said Caterer editor Hannah Abdulla. “I think there’s going to be a good few surprises on the night,” she added.
