Responses are already flooding in for Caterer Middle East's head chef survey as chefs prepare to tell us what their biggest industry concerns are this year.

The Head Chef Survey 2013 is a yearly comprehensive study aimed solely at top culinary professionals across the Middle East.

This is the fourth time Caterer has run the study, which is designed to give chefs in the region a voice and to aid outlets and companies in assessing market trends, industry progress, potential future challenges and chefs’ overall views of operations in the region.

“Chefs should not miss out on this opportunity to say what’s on their minds,” said Caterer editor Hannah Abdulla. “From poorly paid staff to training issues and supplier groans, this survey allows us to gauge a real understanding for where the industry is headed and how much it develops from year to year,” she added.

All answers are completely confidential and none of the information provided will be divulged elsewhere.
