Over 370 guests are expected to attend the Caterer Middle East Awards 2013 ceremony which takes place, 12 June, at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC tomorrow.
The event, one of the biggest in the regional industry's annual calendar, will see 10 individuals and five teams crowned for their achievements and contributions to the F&B industry.
Almost 300 entries were received by the Caterer Middle East team in April and whittled down to a shortlist of just 75.

“I’m so excited about tomorrow’s event at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC,” said Caterer editor Hannah Abdulla. “I know the short-listed individuals and teams will be really anxious as it is a big event with people from across the regional industry present.
“We had some great entries this year and it was a great insight into how rapidly the F&B world in MENA is developing.
“I’d like to congratulate both the short-listed and the winners in advance and wish them all good-luck for tomorrow,” she added.
Doors for the event, which will be held in the main ball-room, will open at 7.30pm.
The event and all the winners will be detailed in full on hoteliermiddleeast.com on Thursday 13 June.
