Pierre Hermé Paris will open its second Middle Eastern outlet in Qatar, following its UAE presence in Galeries Lafayette at the Dubai Mall.

Chef pâtissier Pierre Hermé's collection will be available at Lagoona Mall starting July 2013.

The Doha outlet will include classics such as Infiniment Chocolat Porcelana (pure origin Venezuela Porcelana dark chocolate), Infiniment Rose (rose & rose petal), Crème Brûlée (vanillas & caramel bits), Jardin Oriental (orange blossom, rose & ginger), and Mogador (milk chocolate & passion fruit).

The chef known as the 'Picasso of Pastry' has created his own blend of flavours such as the house vanilla selection, which combines vanillas from Tahiti, Madagascar and Mexico or his chocolate used to create Mogador - a signature milk chocolate and passion fruit flavour.

With a selection of house flavours and chocolate blends, the Pierre Hermé Paris chocolate collection echoes the macaron with ganaches and pralines housed in a shell of blended chocolate.

The Pierre Hermé Paris Bonbons de Chocolat selection includes Makassar (salted-butter caramel mousse ganache, enrobed in dark chocolate) and Ouvre-toi (sesame praline & sesame nougat, enrobed in milk chocolate), among others.
