Schaerer has found the solution to difficult-to-clean coffee machines: The Schaerer disposable Non Cleaning Foamer (NcFoamer) concept combines hygiene, user-friendliness and sustainability.
This cutting edge solution makes it possible to simply replace the parts of the machine that conduct milk – doing away with the time-consuming process of cleaning them. This disposable concept allows users to ensure the constant compliance with the HACCP system as well as the most stringent hygiene requirements. The new recyclable NcFoamer system has also proven to be up to 50 percent better for the environment than conventional cleaning processes based purely on chemicals.
