The Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the Jumeirah Group hotel first opened in 1997, is about to undergo and extensive refurbishment of its F&B beverage operations which will see the renovation of up to seven of its restaurants in the next 12 months.
The first venues due to be overhauled will be the Dhow and Anchor and Palm Court lobby lounge, with the hotel’s executive assistant manager of F&B Peter Avram declaring that “the Jumeirah Beach Hotel was first opened in the 20th century and we’re aiming to bring its F&B into the 21st Century.”
“We have a total of 18 venues in the hotel and we are looking at renovating between six and seven within the next 12 months, subject to approval. This change is necessary to remain competitive in a market that has seen a big increase in standalone competition, for example in the DIFC area,” added Avram.
