Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi will be one of the host hotels at the 2nd annual Chinese Visitor Summit to be held in the UAE capital from September 2-3 2013.

The Chinese Visitor Summit is designed to introduce Chinese travel buyers to local travel providers, hoteliers, attractions and retailers.

Seventy-five of China’s leading travel buyers with annual budgets of more than US $5 million will meet with hoteliers and travel providers from Abu Dhabi and Dubai as well as from Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius, and Cyprus.

Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi general manager Arbind K Shrestha said: “China is one of our property’s chief markets and we are pleased that the Chinese Visitor Summit will afford us a great opportunity to showcase our brand to the influential sectors of the country.”

Thirty of the 70 visiting buyers will be hosted by the hotel during the event.
