Hilton Dubai Jumeirah has opened its latest F&B venue, the Pure Sky Lounge, on the 35th floor of Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Residences tower.

With two terraces offering views of th ePalm Jumeirah and sunsets over the Arabian Gulf, Pure Sky Lounge is aiming to entice guests with an open air BBQ menu and a new sunset bruch devised by head chef Matiyas Ayala.

“Set above The Walk, Pure Sky Lounge is an elegant sea-facing retreat where guests can enjoy our newly designed menu. Seafood inspired, with vegetarian options, the menu is a fresh complement to Pure Sky Lounge’s bright surroundings,” siad Ayala.

Prior to joining Pure Sky Lounge, Ayala was chef de cuisine at Pachanga at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort.

Pure Sky Lounge will be managed by venue manager Katie Ford, who has 16 years of hospitality experience in London, Tokyo and Sydney.
