Following its first restaurant in Wasl Square, Pantry Café will be opening another branch at Bay Square in Business Bay in the third quarter of 2014.
Pantry Café chairman Mahesh Kalwani said: "The Pantry Café team is looking forward to the opening of the new venue and this decision was taken after the incredible popularity the first venture got within such a short time period.
"The location was carefully chosen as we wanted to stick to our neighbourhood delicatessen concept and at the same time take it further to cater to working individuals and neighbourhood businesses. This is the first expansion venue and we hope to continue our expansion plan across the UAE."

The new venue will have both in-door and out-door seating options, but will be more evolved in space management, a larger back-of-house production, and a live bakery and patisserie section.
The menu will stick to its original favourites with some additions based on current customer feedback - adding a few international recipes to the breakfast and all-day dining menu. The dessert, patisserie and breads menu will be enhanced to offer more options.
The original venue in Al Wasl Square opened in February 2013.
