When was your company established?
Gunter Facility Supplies LLC (GFS) was established in 2003, along with supporting offices in USA, Hong Kong and Europe. We specialise in providing all kinds of hotel speciality products to satisfy not only our customer’s requirements but also primarily the satisfaction of their hotel guests.

How many people does your company employ?
Between the head office and warehouse GFS employ about 30 passionate and qualified people. Included in the company’s objectives is the need “to recognise and develop GFS’s most important resources — our people”.
What is the company’s annual turnover?
GFS has a long relationship of trust with the biggest and most influential hospitality group within the Middle East, and we continue to rapidly expend with a current turnover of US $9 million.
What is your company vision?
A passion for service excellence. Another of the company’s goals, which we impress upon our staff is to “establish loyalty, harmony and inter-company cooperation”, which will reflect on the flawless services we deliver to our clients/partners.
Our vision is to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of whatever products or services are offered by each of our operations; and to recognise changing economic conditions and to act on time to minimise and control any adverse effects.

What are your core products and services for the hospitality industry?
With hands-on experience in hotel operations and pre-openings, GFS is uniquely qualified to understand, identify and cater hospitality purchasing requirements within the region and beyond, and with our large warehouse space in Dubai we can also support your storage needs. Having our own delivery team and trucks will enable us to deliver stock on request, as well as keeping emergency supplies for those unpredicted requirements between scheduled deliveries.
GFS supplies hotels amenities such as hair shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body moisturiser/ body lotion and soap.
Customers can enhance their brand identity or reflect their interior design through fully customised amenity lines — each line as personal and unique as their property and guest profile.
Furthermore, GFS also supplies:
• Linen and towelling (F&B linens, bathroom linens, bed linens, blankets, quilt, pillows, mattress protector)
• PHS products (air freshening, hand care services, baby changing, medical services, vending services, air cleaning, air enhancement, air sanitising)
• Airline pouches (economy, business class and first class)
• F&B operating equipment (glassware, chinaware, flatware/ hollowware, chaffing dish, F&B carts, kitchen utensils, bar equipment)
What other news is there from your company this year?
From Dubai Investment Park, GFS Head Office has been relocated to a modern and spacious new office in Media City. A new managing director joined GFS along with a strong new sales team. GFS is to be certified ISO 9001 within the next few months.
