Marco Beverage Systems, the European manufacturer of filter coffee brewers and water boilers, has announced the launch of a new range of pour over coffee makers, the ‘Bru’. User needs, service requirements and SCAE’s Gold Cup principles have been central in the development of the Bru range to achieve a standard of coffee quality unrivalled from this type of machine.
At the heart of the Bru is an all-new brewing system and sprayhead configuration, resulting in a more satisfactory extraction of solids from the coffee and improved temperature management. The flash boiler means the Bru has a brew time of just five minutes and is available in a 1.7 litre jug model and a 2.2 litre insulated flask version.
