Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach’s second floor haunt Chinwaggery has reopened after a complete overhaul and now features a dedicated New York-style brasserie restaurant called Soul.
"We’re thrilled to reveal Chinwaggery + Soul to our hotel guests and Dubai residents. The redevelopment has been very exciting and we’re especially proud of Soul, the new restaurant," said Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach general manager Horst Walther-Jones.
"The bar, restaurant and lounge feature exceptional food, great variety, a casual upbeat atmosphere and complementary sections, producing a venue we expect to be very popular."

The indoor-outdoor bar and lounge setting of Chinwaggery includes a section at the hotel’s poolside and aims to have a feel of vibrant Manhattan with a selection of artisan cocktails.
Soul is the new addition – a New York-style brasserie restaurant that serves dinner with a menu offering varied choices like fresh local seafood, shellfish and global steaks. An extensive selection of beverages from world-renowned vineyards can also be selected by the glass, bottle or as part of a wine flight. Guests can choose between indoor and al fresco dining.
