Christopher Graham, executive sous chef at Atlantis The Palm has been voted as the best young chef working in Dubai at the Time Out Dubai Young Chef of the Year ceremony at The H Hotel Dubai.
This year's winner narrowly defeated Navin Poon and his team from the Park Hyatt Dubai and a shortlist of other competing kitchens from the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah and the highly-rated Zuma restaurant.
Congratulating Christopher was Atlantis The Palm vice president of Culinary Chef Sascha Triemer who said: “The entire Atlantis The Palm team congratulates our Chef Christopher Graham on winning Time Out’s Young Chef of the Year Award. Chef Christopher embodies what our culinary team at Atlantis is all about- extremely creative, talented and always delivering the highest standards possible.”

The winning menu, voted for by Time Out readers and a panel of experts including Chef Uwe Micheel of the Emirates Culinary Guild, included dishes such as truffled beef pastrami with crispy quail egg, confit leg and foie gras garbure and gingerbread, plum jelly with mince pie beignet.
