Atlantis the Palm, Dubai has partnered with online booking technology Table4ME to offer 24 hour mobile reservations for 10 of the hotel’s restaurants including Saffron, La Brasserie, Nobu, Seafire, Ossiano, Nasimi Beach and the newly opened Yuan.
The two first worked together in 2011 when Atlantis The Palm piloted the Table4ME application at two of its restaurants, which Table4ME claims produced an 155% increase in online table bookings. Visitors to the hotel can now use a range of online platforms to book tables at the 10 Atlantis restaurants ncluding the Atlantis the Palm App, its mobile site, Facebook, Twitter and the hotel’s own website

Table4ME managing partner Tiina-Maija Bergman said: “It’s been great to see the exponential growth in online table bookings at Atlantis’ participating restaurants and to see the resort unleash the power of E-F&B. With Facebook penetration in the UAE standing close to three million users, the opportunity of utilizing this channel to market and convert table bookings is a key success factor for restaurants today.”

Table4ME’s Facebook widget allows customers to make bookings 24 hours a day, and activates special promotions for its fans, with diners receiving instant online and email confirmations for their reservations.
