Wood Stone was founded in the US in 1990 with a mission to produce quality wood-fired stone hearth ovens that could withstand the intense rigours of a commercial kitchen. Fast forward to the present day, and Wood Stone now also designs, engineers and manufactures an array of speciality commercial cooking equipment in addition to ovens.

Located in Bellingham, Washington, Wood Stone now has more than 13,000 installations in 75 countries worldwide.

Recently, Wood Stone was acquired by foodservice equipment manufacturer Henny Penny, with the company preparing to expand its capacity and global distribution and service footprint.

Wood Stone recently re-launched its Designer Series Custom Configurations line, which provides Wood Stone’s legendary performance and reliability in a highly engineered package offering possibilities for those desiring a customized oven to fit their needs. It has also introduced a new line of gas-fired and traditional solid fuel burning speciality grills.
