Scottish celebrity chef Tom Kitchin created classic delicacies using Scottish produce at the recently refurbished British restaurant D&A (formerly Dhow & Anchor) at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai.
During the event, Chef Kitchin hosted a cooking demonstration, showing off his culinary skills and highlighting organic Scottish produce.
Guests were offered tasters throughout the evening on February 24. The restaurant recently reopened following a refurbishment and now has a modern interior, an open terrace and views of the Burj Al Arab.

This event was in conjunction with Scottish Development International, which works to develop the Scottish economy by encouraging inward investment and helping Scottish-based companies develop trade in the UAE and around the world.
