Kuwait's Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa has opened its fine dining signature seafood restaurant, Salt.
The venue has a large à la carte menu of international and contemporary cuisine and focuses on fresh fish and seafood. It also offers live lobster and different kinds of fish from its fish tank at the entrance of the restaurant which is divided into four sections. Three sections are for live fish while the fourth section is for live lobsters.
Served with a selection of vegetables, potatoes and guest’s choice of sauces, the dishes are cooked according to the personal preference of guests.
Guests can also try seafood platter of lobster, king crab, mussels, prawns, scallops and marinated salmon for two.
The venue offers indoor seating with a capacity of 70 and a further 25 outdoors. The Lobster Table has a set menu on the largest round table in the restaurant.
The general manager of Salt is Hassane Ait Biga, who has had a lot of experience in other seafood restaurants around the world.
