Measuring at 8000 square feet, the facility operates on a 24/7 basis and is manned by more than 50 skilled culinary staff. The central kitchen, which caters to all Man’oushe Street branches in the UAE including franchisee branches, prepares over a thousand mana'eesh per day along with other popular favourites like bureks, wrap sandwiches, pizza, salads and sweets.

Assigned workers at the kitchen prepare all of the brand's menu offerings using water that is 99.9% bacteria free. Complementing these operations is a specialised logistic fleet that makes sure supplies are delivered on-time and efficiently to all UAE branches.
