A new restaurant, 18 Oz American Bistro, has officially opened at One to One Hotel – The Village in Abu Dhabi.

The restaurant’s concept features a bistro dining experience in a designed and sleek environment under the American Culture theme.

This culture is reflected through the decor, chalkboard artwork, food and music, providing an overall “feel” of French street bistros and American culture.
One to One Hotels and Resorts COO Philippe Harb said: “The concept was to develop a trendy bistro of International standards serving superb salads, New York Style sandwiches, the best hamburgers and meat grills, within a trendy and unparalleled innovative Bistro concept in Abu Dhabi.”
