According to Maslow, professional care of textiles is the “only way to earn a high return from fabric investments. Putting an expensive fabric in a cheap laundry is throwing money down the drain”.
Maslow asserts that using cheap laundry solutions for luxe fabrics reduces the return from the textile investment by rapidly increasing the speed of depreciation.
Caring properly for fabric investments adds 25-35% better value than was possible before, even with natural fibers, by lengthening fabric life and maintaining fresh appearances longer.
He summarises: “A reliable, high-quality laundry saves money and time; it extends the lifecycle of textiles and it does it quickly and reliably. Cheaper solutions ruin fabrics quickly; it’s that simple.”
