Q90’s oven ranges are available with either a gas or electric 2/1GN oven, with drop down doors, and a wide and flexible choice of hob tops and burner specifications.

These include open gas burners, large 4 kW electric plates, gas and electric solid tops, vitro-ceramic hob tops, and a combination top with open gas burners and a solid plate. You can even specify your own combination of 5.5kW, 7.5kW or 10kW gas burners.
The range is modular with standard widths of 400mm, 800mm and 1200mm. Individual items of equipment can be suited together with modular kick strips, connection strips and cover panels. Access to serviceable parts is made, wherever possible, through the front of individual units. Being 900mm deep, Q90 ranges are ideal for large, busy hotel kitchens.
