One of the highlights of the hospitality industry calendar, the Hotelier Middle East Awards, took place last night, with the winners revealed in 18 individual categories and one team category.
The 10th anniversary edition of the awards took place at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City, with around 600 guests entertained at a Japanese-themed ceremony.

Reflecting the Japanese theme of this year’s ceremony, guests were treated to entertainment from Taiko drummers and an Geisha dance, while the catering team at InterContinental Dubai Festival City also put together a menu full of Japanese flavours.
