Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita has launched a wedding package for couples which includes the actual ceremony taking place over the Indian Ocean.
The ‘floating wedding’ takes place on the resort’s Sea Cloud, in a lagoon, and is part of the property’s new Ocean Dream package.
A maximum of 10 people can take part in the intimate ceremony, and couples can return to the resort itself for a photo shoot and private wedding dinner on the beach.
The package also includes spa treatments for the couple, tropical flowers for a wedding arch, petal pathway and bridal bouquet, as well as a dedicated wedding planner, professional photography and musicians for the ceremony, bridal hair and make-up at the spa, bubbly and wedding cake for the ceremony, and a private wedding dinner.
Also including airport transfers, the package, which is attached to a minimum stay length of five days, starts at €6,325 (US $7253) + VAT.
