Sarum considers the event a great platform to create a dialogue between vendors and industry specialists alike. Following on from the success of last year’s Hotelier Middle East Spa & Wellness Summit, we value the opportunity to discuss the latest trends in our fast-growing sector, and we look forward to contributing to this industry-wide communication.
What are the main topics you expect to come up at the forum?
We are seeing an ever increasing awareness of the need for value for money, effectiveness of organic products, and a strong retail pull. In terms of specific treatment trends we are seeing a significant demand for hammam treatments and a drive towards organic; and harm-free sun care poolside treatments, as consumers become ever more educated. We also expect that education and development of sustainable practices will be an up and coming agenda item.
What are the latest product launches from your company?
Retail brand, Mor, is based on modern apothecary. The attractive collections are adorned with gold trimmings and are sure to be a retail hit in this region. The latest wonder-brand to join Sarum’s portfolio is sun care brand, Coola. With a Farm to Face philosophy, products contain 97% certified organic ingredients.
What news can we expect from your company in 2015?
We are opening in new markets including the Maldives, the Seychelles and Saudi Arabia. We will also diversify our business with some new product lines.”
