Novotel has appointed Timothy Jay as F&B director to oversee all F&B operations at the group’s three Dubai Al Barsha properties including, Novotel and Aparthotel Adagio Premium and Ibis Dubai, Al Barsha.
With a background in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, Jay, who also holds a Bachelor's degree in business management from National Louis University inChicago, brings with him expertise in both international restaurant chains and local start up operations.
He has previously worked in The Cheesecake Factory in Kuwait, with Kcal in Dubai, as well as Chi Hospitality.
