Hot Food Transporter
Cambro has recently added UPCH1600 to its H-Series of food carriers and carts. It’s one of the largest portable and durable hot holding cabinets, with a capacity to hold four to 16 full-size 4” deep food pans. It heats up in 45 minutes and can keep food at safe temperatures for over four hours unplugged. The energy-efficient heaters use less energy than three standard 100 watt light bulbs, and the cart remains cool to touch even when plugged in.
