Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge for independent cafés and restaurants will have Uwe Micheel, Osama El Sayed and Samantha Wood as the judges for the competition.
Micheel is the director of kitchens at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek and president of the Emirates Culinary Guild (ECG) since 1999. He was also on the judging panel for Dilmah Real High Tea Professional Competition 2014.
El Sayed is a celebrity chef, columnist, certified chef of the capital chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and member of the Epicurean Club, the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) as well as the Emirates Culinary Guild.
Wood is the founder of restaurant review website FooDiva, f&b columnist, speaker and writer.
