Novikov Restaurant & Bar is making its Dubai debut on July 22 2015, following locations in Moscow and London, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel.
Founded by Russian entrepreneur Arkadiy Novikov, the concept's first appearance in the Middle East is led by Bulldozer Group (the Dining & Entertainment Group, which is also behind Sass Café, Toko, Movida and VIP room.
Bulldozer Group managing partner Evgeny Kuzin said: "With the opening of Novikov Restaurant & Bar Dubai, we will be unveiling a spectacular new concept of dining in the UAE that offers all the hallmarks of the brand – an exciting menu, personable service, variety of dining experiences, contemporary design – hand in hand with a sought after location and a multitude of authentic touches designed to enhance an extravagant guest experience."

Novikov's menu will combine traditional Asian cuisines with modern trends, with influences from Japan, China, and across South-East Asia, led by executivechef Shane Macneill.
The 280-seat 13,000m2 venue will have its own entrance, independent of the hotel. It includes a restaurant and lounge, spread across two floors, divided into four areas - the bar & lounge, sushi counter, main dining room, and mezzanine private dining room.
The interiors have been designed by Geometry Design Moscow with granite walls, natural leather, cracked stone and jade.
