Godiva Chocolatier, the official chocolate supplier to the Royal Court of Belgium, has opened its Abu Dhabi chocolate café and store, located in the Qaryat Al Beri shopping mall.
This store opening takes the Belgian chocolatier's total to six locations in the UAE.
Godiva CEO Mohamed Elsarky said: "This amazing new chocolate café will expose new and existing customers to a unique and memorable chocolate experience."
The café design has art that nods to the brand’s Belgian heritage, while modern touches and the Godiva-gold colour scheme create a warm ambience.
The café serves Belgian-made chocolate cakes, pastries and hot and cold chocolate drinks as well as the brand’s chocolate-dipped strawberries and ‘soft-serve’ ice cream.
It also has a counter withpralines, ganâches, caramels, marzipans, truffles and carrés, and customers can also purchase a Godiva gift box.
