Founder and managing director Alexander Economides has established M Management Company in Dubai, offering management and consulting services to the hospitality, food & beverage and events sectors within the UAE.
The team at M Management Company was also behind Elia Greek restaurant and The Music Room.
Economiodes said: "After the success of both venues for the past eight years, we felt it was the right time to take it up a notch and add two new concepts to our portfolio with plans to expand around the GCC."
These will be located in the JLT area.
Nola Eatery & Social House will be a New Orleans-themed venue offering Southern American food with a healthy, more modern take. The design will feature vintage illustrations with rustic photography.
The second concept is another Greek brand: Mythos Kouzina & Grill. The menu is a compilation of traditional Greek recipes and dishes. The décor will include details of a modern taverna.
Economides added: "We have access to wide-ranging and intensive database that will enrich every single project, The services will assist the clients in the market place to optimise the performance of their brands, improve their profitability and become more successful."
