From October 27-November 5 2015, 25 of Italy’s top Michelin-starred chefs will arrive in the UAE for the 7th Italian Cuisine World Summit.

Taking over the kitchens of some of Dubai’s Italian restaurants such as Alta Badia, Bice Mare, Cavalli Club and Roberto’s, guests will experience live cooking master classes, demonstrations and special limited edition menus designed and prepared by the master chefs.

The 7th Italian Cuisine World Summit is held under the patronage of the Italian Embassy of Abu Dhabi, the Italian Consulate in Dubai and the Italian Industry and Commerce Office in the UAE and is sponsored by Grana Padano, Unox, Ferrari, Rivoli, African+Eastern, Molino Quaglia, Monviso, and Luxottica and others.

The summit features 20 events held over 11 days at more than 30 venues. Highlights of the Italian culinary journey include the United Nations by Italian Cuisine: Summit tribute to Dubai World Food Capital, the Michelin Star Chefs Gala on November 1, and the Italian Summit Golf Day on November 3.

In partnership with the JW Marriot Marquis Dubai, the summit will host the United Nations by Italian Cuisine – Michelin-starred Chefs Gala on November 1.  The event will feature 25 Michelin starred guest chefs from Italy, with 35 stars between them - 15 chefs from Dubai’s restaurants and 10 from acclaimed Italian restaurants around the world.

The event will be held in the Dubai Ballroom of the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and is sponsored by Grana Padano, Unox, Ferrari, Rivoli, Monviso, Luxottica and African+Eastern. Tickets are AED 200 including house beverages and can be purchased by calling the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai on 04 414 3000.

On November 3, The Address Montgomerie Dubai Golf Club will host the first Italian Gourmet Golf event in Dubai with the Italian Summit Golfing Day, sponsored by Monviso, Rivoli, Luxottica, African+Eastern and Ferrari.

Golfers will be able to play 18 holes whilst enjoying gourmet delicacies prepared by four Italian Michelin starred chefs and fine Italian wines at each hole. The event will conclude with a gala wine dinner for up to 250 guests prepared by masterchefs Patrizia Di Benedetto, Vincenzo Guarino, Rosanna Marziale and Sergio Vineis. Showcasing the Italian luxury goods and services available in Dubai, the golf tournament will start at 12.30pm and the wine dinner will follow. Now in its seventh year, this is the third time the event will be held in Dubai.
