Al Jazira Chez Louis has opened its doors at Sofitel Dubai Downtown, which has been in Lebanon since 1955.

Al Jazira Chez Louis aims to now bring its legacy to Dubai as an authentic place for original Lebanese seafood.

“We are very thrilled with the opening of Al Jazira Chez Louis, a great addition to Sofitel Dubai Downtown restaurants collection. We are positive that our guests will not only enjoy delicious and freshly prepared seafood but also discover a real Lebanese food journey,” said Ammar Hilal, general manager of the hotel.

Guests at Chez Louis, Dubai, will be presented with a selection of raw bar items and appetizers, which include oysters, chilled lobster, and much more. On offer will also be the restaurant’s signature dish fish in sea salt, which as the name suggests, comes in salt encrusted layer which is cracked to reveal the fish.

Along with serving an elaborate seafood menu, Chez Louis also serves up contemporary Lebanese cuisine as well.
