Lebanese quick-service restaurant Kababji has launched in the UAE, with its first outlet located in Dubai Marina.

DIFC-based Eathos is behind Kababji’s UAE debut, which will offer 100 seating capacity set beside a live grill kitchen and outdoor terrace.

“With the opening of Kababji Dubai Marina we are bringing the authentic taste of Lebanon to the UAE,” said Faysal Younes, CEO of Eathos.

“Kababji is a renowned Lebanese brand that’s been in operations since 1993, and we intend to quickly mirror that success in Dubai,” added Younes.

Kababji Grill’s menu features 65 dishes including starters, mains, with vegan options as well as desserts. The restaurant also sells Kababji’s own product range, which includes shatta harra, rose syrup, pickled hot peppers and Makdous.

“Eathos has a region-wide expansion strategy for the brand, which will see Kababji expand in two more outlets in the Emirates by the end of this year, and another 20 stores across the Middle East in the years to come.”

Eathos will open an outlet in Deira’s Al Ghurair Centre and Abu Dhabi’s Galleria Mall on Al Maryah Island by January.
