Darren Andow has been appointed as the new executive chef of Le Gray, Beirut.
With over 20 years' experience in the Middle East, Asia and Europe, Andow has an international hospitality background with a particular passion for Lebanon.
Hailing from Britain, he completed his studies in England and then travelled to Greece and Cyprus for work.
He has previously worked with the Yas Island Rotana, the Centro Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, the Amwaj Rotana in Dubai, the Langham Palace Hotel in China and the Art Rotana in Bahrain.
Le Gray is CampbellGray Hotels’s first hotel in the Middle East and opened in 2009. Located in the heart of Beirut on Martyrs’ Square, it has 87 rooms and suites artistically designed in collaboration with Mary Fox Linton.
