London-based concept Burger & Lobster is gearing up to open its first Dubai restaurant in January 2016 in the Burj Daman Building, DIFC.

The new restaurant joins the brand's growing global portfolio that currently includes New York, London and Stockholm.

Burger & Lobster prides itself on its simple menu, offering only three items: 10oz burgers, whole lobsters or lobster rolls, all served with chips & salad.

The burgers are made from cuts of corn-fed, Angus steak with the brioche bun baked daily on-site.
