Advance Investment LLC has launched its flagship location of Denny’s – the world’s largest full-service family dining chain – on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
The company now operates two Denny’s locations in Dubai after opening Al Ghurair Centre in September 2015.
The two outlets are the first of 30 franchise restaurants planned for the region over the next ten years by Advance Investment, which is the regional franchise partner for Denny's in the Middle East.
The third location for the region is scheduled to open in Abu Dhabi Mall in early 2016.
John C. Miller, president and chief executive officer of Denny’s Corporation, attended the opening ceremony and said he is enthusiastic about Denny’s first restaurants in Dubai.
“Advance Investment is a great franchise business partner and we are proud to be working together to introduce the Denny’s brand to the Middle East,” commented Miller.
Founded in 1953 in Lakewood, California, Denny’s is one of the largest franchised full service restaurant chains with over 1,700 locations, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

“We have received a fantastic customer response so far and are proud to bring one of the world’s most loved family diners to the region starting in the UAE,” said Ghassan Kassabji, Advance Investment spokesperson.
Denny’s is an iconic representation of the best perceptions of a diner — the brand’s warm and welcoming persona will have a great reception in the region” added Kassabji.
