Italian fine dining restaurant Segreto this week announced the launch of its newly refurbished outdoor terrace bar.
Located in a secluded area of Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, the terrace offers views of the Madinat's waterways.
The terrace will offer a new Venetian-inspired cicchetti menu - Venetian equivilent to 'tapas' - which was crafted by speciality chef de cuisine Manuel Polin.
The bite sized dishes include cartoccio da passeggio di pesce e verdure (paper wrap batter fried seafood and vegetables), tagliere di affettati halal, speck di anatra, salame d’oca, manzo salmonato (cured meat selection: duck speck, goose salami, marinated beef) and Savoia - Salsa di pomodoro piccante, stracciatella di casada, basilico, evoo (spicy tomato sauce, creamy homemade stracciatella cheese, basil and extra virgin olive oil).
A new beverage menu has also been created for Segreto's terrace, which includes Italian Aperol cocktails.
