Spice & Ice will open its doors to business in Cluster A of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, located near the Movenpick Hotel JLT.

The outlet will serve Indian-themed dishes prepared using molecular gastronomy and liquid nitrogen served amidst a funky and fully-licensed urban lounge-style ambience in bustling Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

Opening in early January 2016, Spice & Ice takes culinary cues from the East as well, specialising in wider Pan-Asian cuisine, including innovative creations such as chicken served on a mango carpaccio and asparagus korma infused with miso paste and white wine.

The lounge is owned by Anand Radia, who has successfully launched PizzaExpress and Jazz@PizzaExpress in the UAE.

“Our focus is on Michelin star-quality cuisine combined with superlative service yet at a reasonable price,” states Radia.
“From Indian-style tapas light bites to pre-plated meal courses, our chefs will use molecular techniques to create stand-out dishes for Dubai’s adventurous and experimental gourmands. More so the design of the venue, complete with lounge seating and a large bar.”
